Delete your Morfi account
Send the request from the same email address you use for Morfi so we can verify account ownership. Never include your password, payment-card information, receipts, or kitchen photos.
What the request covers
- Your Morfi profile and sign-in account.
- Your personal activity and private kitchen data.
- Kitchens with no other members.
Shared kitchen content may remain available to other household members. Google Play subscriptions should also be cancelled in Google Play to prevent future renewals.

You can delete pantry items, meal-plan entries, shopping-list items, recipes, and chat threads inside Morfi. For help deleting a receipt, photo, chat, recipe, kitchen item, or other specific data, send a request from the email address on your account and describe what you want removed.
Email a data deletion requestWe may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in backups or security logs for up to 90 days. We may retain limited payment, legal, security, or fraud-prevention records for longer when required by law or needed to protect users and the service. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any data that must be retained.
